that would be impossible. And they know it,From our (potentially former) closest ally, today:
“Today the United States launched a trade war against Canada, their closest partner and ally, and their closest friend. At the same time they’re talking about working positively with Russia, appeasing Vladimir Putin: a lying murderous dictator. Make that make sense.”
Why would you have given him your hat?Look in the mirror while holding up a picture of Alex Jones in a tin foil hat.
- ICE Barbie has dinner with her security detail watching.
- ICE Barbie loses her purse, which contains her DHS badge, $3,000 in cash (WHO THE HELL CARRIES $3,000 in CASH?), and her "medications" (every ADD and mental health chemical know to modern humanity).
- ICE Barbie lies and says it was a snatch and grab theft.
- TDS cultists destined to blame crime in DC or partisan politicians.

Neither, but point taken.
All Things being considered, who would you rather watch being interviewed?
Kristi Noem or Rachel Levine

She's such a badass you would think she could take care of herself......and her Rolex.
That's a given.......except for a former Republican governor from a rural state who claims to know about firearms.......and killed her dog.AND THAT SHE WOULD NOT POINT THE MUZZLE OF A WEAPON AT A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER!!
Is this something to complain about today? This may be the next issue to protest for the Democrats.
Well they will complain because they want taxes to be 100%. Trump could cure cancer and they'd complain that cancer doctors have no jobs.Is this something to complain about today? This may be the next issue to protest for the Democrats.
You think this can actually happen lol? He's says he's gonna almost completely eliminate taxes because tariffs are gonna bring in so much money. WHY DO YOU ASSUME THIS IS REALITY? I'm not complaining about it happening, cause it ain't. I'm complaining that he keeps saying this stupid sh/t and you idiots keep drinking it down. Use your damn brain. Is this something to complain about today? This may be the next issue to protest for the Democrats.
Maybe he will cut taxes for us to some extent. Wait and see if it happens or not before it becomes a lie. Before anything else goes down, what do democrats stand for or want? Everything that Trump does has been met with resistance from the democratic leaders. No matter how anything helps the majority of the people, Democrats protest it everyday. You think this can actually happen lol? Do you have ANY idea how much money that would require? Here's a clue. Start with the federal budget.
You IMMEDIATELY jump to a partisan position before even considering the validity of what he's saying. What does that say about you? Now go ahead and deflect and ignore what I said.
I do kind of think republicans have given up on the economy. That’s why they keep pivoting to immigration. Is it good when an economy contracts?
Want to understand from the Trump supporters how that can possibly be spun into a positive for Donnie's performance.
Economy is going to take time. Immigration was also going to be a much quicker issue to get solved. Not solved 100%. Democrats never wanted the border secured, so they are big mad.I do kind of think republicans have given up on the economy. That’s why they keep pivoting to immigration.
The economy is going to take time?!!?Economy is going to take time. Immigration was also going to be a much quicker issue to get solved. Not solved 100%. Democrats never wanted the border secured, so they are big mad.
Yeah I do agree here. Time for what specifically? We were actually in a pretty good spot before. The economy is going to take time?!!?
In 2024 the economy featured a crazy good stock market, low unemployment, no supply chain issues, and negligible inflation (unlike Biden's other years).
Now in three+ months it's completely f-d up; an oncoming recession, inflation, supply chain issues on the horizon, and a bad stock market, and the response from Trump supporters is "it's going to take time?" Time for the Trump administration to revert from everything they just f-d up?
Good lord.
"a good economy."The economy is going to take time?!!?

I am comparing apples to apples."a good economy."
The low unemployment thing is about the biggest lie a Democrat could tell. Everyone knows the reason why the numbers were what they were. Quit lying to people.
I don't have a degree from IU, which is why I don't vote Democrat or have a half useless piece of paper that can't pay off the debt to go to IU.I am comparing apples to apples.
The unemployment calculations in 2024 are the same ones being used now, and unemployment numbers have been similarly pretty good throughout. Notice how that is the thing that I didn't say has gone to shite under Trump?
But hey - you're the one who stated that the current imploding economy "needs time." The not funny thing is; the economy that Trump inherited didn't need time; it was already pretty damn good. Trump done broke it and now his best solution is to say "never mind" to the tariff nonsense and hope that the residual effects don't remain.
Something tells me that IU degree of yours is NOT in economics or finance.
Time for the tariff policy to work. It looks like it is starting to, which must be upsetting for you and your hysterical pal katBMW, the current holder of the Bagram Bob Award.Yeah I do agree here. Time for what specifically? We were actually in a pretty good spot before.
You're on here trolling the basketball board and you didn't even go to IU? Any degree? Low information voter? Any financial expertise Mr. "give the economy time?" Whooooooo boyeee.I don't have a degree from IU, which is why I don't vote Democrat or have a half useless piece of paper that can't pay off the debt to go to IU.
Yea, the economy needs time. Things don't happen over night. It's always been like that. Sometimes it takes years to feel the impact of policies.
How is it starting to work? In what way?Time for the tariff policy to work. It looks like it is starting to, which must be upsetting for you and your hysterical pal katBMW, the current holder of the Bagram Bob Award.
So you have to go to IU to be a fan? Lol. And yes, you have to give the economy time. That isn't some new profound idea that was just invented. We gave Biden time. His economy sucked and he purposefully opened the borders and tried getting us into a war. You're on here trolling the basketball board and you didn't even go to IU? Any degree? Low information voter? Any financial expertise Mr. "give the economy time?" Whooooooo boyeee.
Hey here's something that will impress you: You stated that sometimes it takes years to feel the impact of policies. With Trump? Man, that dude works fast; it only took him about 14 weeks to f everything up.
Exactly, and we have something of a timeline for that. Trump has paused the most egregious tariffs for 90 days and dozens of countries are lined up to talk turkey.Time for the tariff policy to work.
What do you mean by a good spot? Getting ripped off in basically every deal across the planet is a good spot? For people who want to lower the national debt, you'd think they'd be in love with tariffs. I think people just got used to the US getting ripped off and being able to look the other way on slave labor making their stuff cheap.Yeah I do agree here. Time for what specifically? We were actually in a pretty good spot before.
Do you agree it will be upsetting to you if the tariff policy works - even though it would be good for the nation? How is it starting to work? In what way?
Far less than that to f up the cartel drug and human smuggling business. Those repulsive criminals agree with you. Must make you proud.Hey here's something that will impress you: You stated that sometimes it takes years to feel the impact of policies. With Trump? Man, that dude works fast; it only took him about 14 weeks to f everything up.
It would be great if it worked. It's failing badly.Do you agree it will be upsetting to you if the tariff policy works - even though it would be good for the nation?
I am pretty sure that is the case for katBMW and Bagram Bob, but not sure about you.
But how is it failing? Because you don't see the end results immediately? It would be great if it worked. It's failing badly.
So the OP asked you how it is starting to work - in what way?
Ready----go!
.But how is it failing? Because you don't see the end results immediately?
If I could trust you to tell the truth, I would believe you. But I can't, so I don't. Your TDS is obviously so bad that you want Trump to fail no matter the cost to the nation. It would be great if it worked. It's failing badly.
So basically you just don't like it. I could tell that by point 1. The tariffs are meant to get American companies back to America and at the very worst, get taking to at least 0. It's to get companies back to the US instead of being overseas just for cheap space labor and pay American workers. Though I know Democrats love their slave labor. Again, people are so used to the US just bending over for everyone. Trump was elected to change that. Get companies back, get other countries to the negotiating table, stop putting the entire national debt payoff on tax payers and make the US an exporting country again and so on and so on..
Good question, and no; it's not because I don't see the end results immediately.
It is failing because:
So inflation, a recession, a bad stock market, anti-Americanism, and f'd up supply chains if they stay as currently constituted.
- The tariffs are not on foreign governments that may be treating American companies or consumers inequitably. They are on American companies that import products, and those costs will be passed on directly to the consumer (inflation).
- The tariffs are already causing foreign suppliers to deprioritize the American market (supply chain issues).
- The tariffs are NOT based on unfair trade agreements - Trump held up his chart that lied and called trade imbalances 'tariffs' levied by other countries (i.e. Viet Nam does not impose a 90% tariff on American goods - we just have a trade imbalance with them)
- The tariffs are indiscriminate - Canada has a flat out free trade agreement with the US but we are still hitting them with a 10% tariff. China tries to screw us but we've completely eliminated some tariffs on them.
- Building factories to produce the things that are now getting tariffed
- would take years,
- would cost more than the tariffs, and
- would necessitate tens of millions of low wage factory workers that the US does not have.
- The tariffs are causing worldwide boycotts of American goods, i.e. American Bourbon in Canada and Coca Cola in Denmark.
- The tariffs are causing ill-will toward American companies and Americans that may not be undone easily.
Now you tell me how they will work, incorporating the knowledge that they are not tariffs on foreign companies, but are tariffs on American companies that use foreign suppliers?
.
What is Chump going to do about companies here in the US that hire illegal immigrants? I thought that was illegal. We need to start there. So basically you just don't like it. I could tell that by point 1. The tariffs are meant to get American companies back to America and at the very worst, get taking to at least 0. If he was elected to change that? “Do stupid shit” wasn’t supposed to be the plan.So basically you just don't like it. I could tell that by point 1. I don’t know man. How were we getting ripped off? Are you talking about the trade deficits? What do you mean by a good spot?
