What makes you think Izzo needs to lie to rcrts? Did this cockeyed view of MSU and Izzo exist prior to Dawson"s rcrtmnt? Iirc, many felt T Trice was offered solely in order to land Dawson. That he wasn't a B1G level talent? Wrongo.

And, according to other poster Dawson was told.....by Izzo....he'd have to play C if he chose PU? Honestly, where do you guys come up w/ this stuff? I hope you know how completely out to lunch you sound talking about the best ambassador the conf. has in bb or fb, athletics...period, as if he was a Lou Henson level cheater. To assert that Izzo is shady or of questionable character in any way is just dumb.

As for Swanigan, I believe PU is, based on the attention your pair of 7 footers 'd attract at C, the best fit from a personnel standpoint.The big question mark, mentioned in other threads, being, who's your pg going to be? All that frontcourt and wing talent's wasted unless you can find at least a functional pg. PJ Thompson and Grant Weatherford? Brahahahahahahaha

Most of this crap started with son-of-sparty. It's really funny that these guys need to cruise the message boards just to defend Izzo. Interesting. Number one, why so sensitive? Must be a raw wound somewhere in there. Number two, good God I want to tease and provoke these guys. Maybe I should make up some stuff just to see the reactions. It would be like teasing my little sister, just because she would yell about it.

I used to really like Izzo until I heard the rumor he likes to bread with goats. Too bad. I can't support a coach who goes in for bestiality. I mean I could support him if it were just his parakeets, like the IU guys said, but goats are just too much.

Actually, no wounds here. What in this world would I be upset about as a State fan when comes to PU bb? Seriously, what? PU simply doesn't rate mention when comes to Michigan State's basketball program and it's place in conf. let alone nationally. (ie: NCAA Trnmnt) Hard pill to swallow and I see how desperately you wish this was not the case. A football school outclassing a bb one in the very sport it and entire state it's located in, is crazed about.
Assume you live in MI. Curious as to whether you're from the state. If you are, it would help explain some of the despair
