The information coming in is increasingly bad. You're not talking to one of our resident nutjob right-wingers, here. I'm one of the more liberal people on this board (more of a classical liberal than a modern progressive, but whatever), but even to me, things aren't looking good for this experiment. From what I've read about the Europe situation, it appears we might actually be in a spot where there is no good answer. We might legitimately just have to choose between several bad options.

What information is coming in that is increasingly bad exactly? What percentage of immigrants/refugees are committing crimes and what percentage are law-abiding? What percentage equates to you as acceptable or not?

The real insight from all of this is that the Cologne police stood by and did nothing when hundreds of immigrant moslems attacked German women, and the cops then tried to cover up the entire event. Yes...the fact that one of the claims turned out to be a false alarm absolutely does not mean we shouldn't immediately accept at face value another claim. No logical connection as to how to approach things there. I mean it's a completely different claim! No reason to think waiting for evidence is necessary.

don't hurt yourself building strawman arguments. you can't even find a story that's related to new years? This was an alleged kidnapping and rape on January 11th. A one off, very odd claim.
