Your claim that unemployment was under 4% is 100% false. The low was 4.7%. Also, your earlier claim that unemployment for AA or Blacks being under 7% is also 100% false. Low was 7.5%.

I was actually meant the rich and corporate tax breaks. That trickle down economics crap that never works. That is the republican way. The point I was trying to make was that the repubs go for breaks for the wealthy all the time. When the middle class folks try to catch a break with the loan forgiveness they are against it. The same with the insulin medicine cap at $35. The repubs was against that. On and on.
But speaking of the corporate bailouts in around 2009, yes Obama did that and that’s what helped get the economy back on track.
Dude, what Obama did to drop the rates and have job growth every month for 7 out 8 years was just short of miraculous. After Chump to office, the rates due to carry over continued to drop before he had any of policies in place.

Biden doing good on unemployment. Most of his is recovering pre pandemic level. But objectively a thumbs up for Biden on that. One of his very, very few.

Much of that "job growth" was manufactured. Most of those jobs weren't permanent positions.
The rich pays for EVERYTHING! And they give everyone their jobs. If anyone deserves a break, it's them, so that they can put the rest of us to work.

I was 100% against bailing anyone out. The auto industry will need it again soon. Especially since the government is forcing the electric car nightmare on them. Most people will not buy into it and they will once again fail.

Not when it takes almost 8 years to do it. Unemployment went down despite Obama, not because of. His policies made the economy recover much slower than it could have, much like why the Great Depression took so long to recover. They were doing everything wrong. It recovered despite what the government did.

I think unemployment dropped under Biden because they didn't mess with the tax cuts. Not because of what Biden has done, but in spite of what he's done.
You can see it coming already. Ford is laying off because their EV development is bleeding $$$. The F150 Lightning was presented as a $39000 truck and orders are being canceled because prices on new orders are already at $63000. Definitely reachable since the average person can't afford to pay for a student loan. Maybe King Joe will give us all a new EV free of charge to buy his reelection.
