Steele was trying everything he could do to get it out. You think the FBI was the only one that had it?
According to you, the DNC had it. Brennan, Clapper, and all the other conspirators knew about it. It could have come from many sources if your story is true.
But even that's beside the point. After it was given to McCain neither the FBI nor the DNC leaked it......even AFTER the election.
Some plan by all those traitors. Go to all the trouble of creating the fake dossier.......and no way to may it public.

Comey was just a pawn IMO. I think he was going to recommend charges against her but was overruled. That is why the original document Comey wrote used the term Gross Negligence.

I think Comey was overruled and then, after the meeting with Lynch and Bill Clinton, he decided to have the public announcement where he made the case for gross negligence yet didn’t accuse her. I believe that was Comey’s way to say that something was wrong with the whole process. Later, when Comey had another opportunity to put Clinton in a bad light, he took that opportunity to “reopen the case”. Again, another way for him to embarrass HRC just before the election. He probably thought she was going to win anyway but he wanted to make another statement. This is pure conjecture on my part, of course, but I think BHO either had to know about it or possibly even orchestrated it.
Comey said during the press conference in July that if any new evidence came up over the email investigation that he would reopen the case. Then prior to the election new evidence showed up on Weiner's laptop. He had to reopen the investigation.
So Comey and the FBI weren't in on the massive conspiracy? Or he was but had no problem taking two opportunities to embarrass HC, confident she was STILL going to win? Or when you say he was a pawn, that means he wasn't in on it?

Hillary got off easy.....but it was almost three years ago. Trump leads you children around by the ear, bringing up the evil Hillary evety ten minutes to keep you frothing at the mouth. It obviously works well.

I've thought something very similar, regarding Comey, for some time.
He didn't do HRC any favors. What troubles me is he went after Trump, while FBI director, and continues to hound him today.
So he could have always been a Trump hater and felt he better let his feelings be known, with regard to Hillary's actions, or possibly be in a world of trouble later.
Or he is honest, trying to do the right thing and like you mentioned got cut off at the knees by Lynch? If so than what did Trump do that Comey/Mueller were willing to use some shady intelligence to continue investigating Trump?
IMO Mueller and Comey are anti Trump, found nothing on him because there is no there there.
I think Comey was so self righteous that he felt he was superior. He couldn't stand Trump’s extreme crudeness, etc.
I don’t know about Mueller, he seemed like a solid citizen at the beginning. If he was going to lean on the fact that a sitting POTUS couldn’t be indicted he shouldn’t have accepted the role in the first place. Maybe he thought he would find enough guilt to set up charges after Trump left office but didn’t find them.
