I would say if a Boilermaker gets a Super Bowl ring the streak continues. So if the Pats win (man I hate to be looking for a reason to promote this) and Jason gets a ring, the streak goes on.

I think Standeford was active for the playoffs as he bounced back and forth all year as needed
