TCU is completely ignoring the running back. They are completely widened out in their coverage and then bringing the heat with four ..

Horvath is not working and the anthrop idea is dumb

Nothing new. Defenses haven’t had to respect our running game all three games. And people were actually saying Sindelar was the problem. Hope they are getting their football education tonight!

We need that running back that gets a couple extra yards!! "hello Charlie we need you"

Actually incorrect.. we would be double slotted against vandy and they’d be in a 5-2 with six in the box. TCU is flat ignoring it.

You watched TCUs defense and thought that that’s how vandy played us??

TCU is better coached than Vandy, like we will see the rest of the season. Just saying, no one has to respect our run game. The QB was never the problem.

Who said the QB was the problem

TCU factually not playing us like vandy... who prioritized the run and left Moore singled up. You tried talking about something you got wrong

Sorry, I thought the title of the thread was The Problem with the Offense! The problem is we have no run game. And that is nothing new. It’s just that this opponent knows how to shut this thing down, especially with a green QB and one of our few capable linemen on the sideline. As far as the Sindelar comment, perhaps you weren’t reading some of the comments around here the last two weeks.

Anyone who thinks Sindelar isnt good just doesn’t like him

No game plan it seems...from the stands it appears we had no strategy to give Plummer a chance
Maybe it is diff from TV
Defense played great but cannot be in there all game

One would believe our coach knows of our offensive line weakness and of Plummer’s inexperience and our weakness at RB and would have prepared a game plan to work around those issues.

NO...we will NOT give you quick throws JACK
then you would have a chance, so NO

When you can't run or block and a first time starter QB what the f*** do you expect any coach to do? Chill out. Alot going against us right now with little options to make it better at the moment.

Dork
Chill out-haha

It starts and ends with the offensive line, period. they can’t move anybody off the LOS and don’t give Sindelar/Plummer the peace of mind in the pocket.

That’s our downfall this year and is hurting us significantly.

The offensive line is going to be our achilles heal this year. They take longer to develop and gel than other positions, unless you get the type of recruits the OSU and Alabamas of the world get, and we also were missing one of our main lineman in McCann last night, which made it even worse. You can see why the staff has signed so many over the last 2 years, and we have 4 verballed for next year, and we are still going after another OT before this class closes. During the BTN Campus visits before the season started, they made a comment that our OL seemed to be behind the majority of the rest of the teams. Our OL trouble was something that was discussed on this board numerous times during training camp, and it appears that our fears have been realized.
