Definitely worked out in IU’s favor this weekend as it would be a victory over a Purdue team that would likely hurt IU in that ranking.

Wait what? I was just told Indiana’s wins over Penn St and Michigan don’t count because they’re no longer ranked? Tennessee is now 2-7 and Auburn 5-4 and unranked. It’s a two way street.
It actually helps you because when Purdue would have beaten IU, you would have dropped pretty far so it worked out well for you. Now you won’t be conflicted between rooting for Notre Dame or IU in playoff
Yep and can’t wait until Iowa Beats them next week. If IU is able to play. 6-2. Then beat in bowl game and 6-3. Calling it now. Also Iowa will beat Wisconsin this week. So then all of IU’s great top 25 wins will be teams that have a losing record.

Not trying to change minds, but to supplement the conversation, out of the four teams in the B1G with winning records (OSU, IU, Iowa, & NW), only two of them have a victory over a team that also has a winning record, OSU (IU) & NW (Iowa).
I guess it makes sense that the 2 best teams in each division are playing each other in the championship.
