Hell yes it could change the balance of the game. I'm not saying the outcome would have been different, but the lack of spine almost sealed the game for Duke.
Easily could have been a 6 point swing if by some chance Wisc. hit a 3 pointer with the possession instead of Duke's 3 pointer.
