What is with this team? Two home games (Iowa and MSU) having double digit leads and then, losing by seven, or barely winning in overtime. This is totally absurd. Either Painter has no concept( a more and believable proposition) of how to adjust to defensive strategies by the opposing team(read Iowa), or this team is lacking the true killer instinct to put teams away.
After watching a YouTube video with Gene Keady on the three peat championship team from 94-96, wonder what Coach Keady would do with this team.
Probably wouldn't have lost by double digits to Illinois.
