The Edwards' are much better than the Johnsons (excluding JaJuan). Mathias and Cline were a combined 3-21 on FG's: not good. Haas was hobbled so it's tough to accurately gauge his performance. Albrecht appears to have done better than I would have expected of him at this point. He must be getting healthier. Thompson and Swanigan were as good as advertised, except Biggie still needs to shoot less threes and make a higher percentage of his FT's. Smotherman can battle, finish in transition, and if he makes his jumpers with consistency, he'll be a boon to Purdue's offensive attack. Defensively, who's the best player? It's going to be interesting to see if anyone takes "the next step" on that side of the ball.
