I’m understanding your sarcasm but for those that don’t get it. How do you fire a football head coach without paying a buyout and not completely embarrassing your school?
 
I think there has to be a clause in his contract that allows firing for cause without paying a buyout. The "cause" is his gross misrepresentation that he is a head football coach.

Show me one example where that has been exercise based on performance on Saturdays! Maybe one exists but I can’t think of one.

Hell Hazell even refused recruiting trips based on flying and that wasn’t even used on him.
 
I like Walters and really want him to succeed. But that offense is bad and that was not the highest quality defense today. The quantity of penalties is telling as well.
