IU had a very good recruiting class in ranking this year. As we have seen at Purdue sometimes rankings are not reflective of how good or bad a class is, particularly if one position is overstocked with players who will never play at that position. It should be noted that WR Cooper is being included in that ranking. He is expected to sign in the Spring but the reality is he may sign elsewhere. The key words to any recruiting class are utilization and development!
Cooper signed Friday. But you’re right about the large number of RBs and WRs picked up. No matter how good any/all of them are, they ain’t all playing at the same time.

It's not apples to apples. Recruiting analyst have regions that they cover and base that player on video or live views.
Rankings in football are often incorrect. Maybe, the reason football players couldn't or shouldn't transition to the pro level at an early age. This is where a coach can determine the growth of a player.
I wonder if they had a debate in the locker room as to the correct spelling?

I love that a ranking change for a player after he’s signed suddenly makes you feel like he’s somehow a better player. Since you haven’t seen any of them play, this only underscores your ignorance, especially in the wake of your disastrous season where your program and Coach were exposed as frauds.
RevCoach LEO just blew up the team he put together because he couldn’t coach them, so his pitch to this year‘s class is that all positions are open, and he went dumpster diving. Of course, they’re open and the program is the worst in the Big 10 due to his incompetence, but that’s a minor detail to knowledgable fans like you. What a great sales job he pulled off, just like a skilled televangelist. When you guys struggle to win four games next year and half this class is gone in two years, you’ll be dumbfounded as you pour another packet into the Kool Ade vat. Typical Indinia fan who knows nothing about football.

I got the boot from Purdue, Indinia University was more forgiving.

Funny, I have been hearing IU fans talk about their star numbers in basketball as well. Just how many days has it been since IU beat Purdue in basketball? IU's recruiting has been better than Purdue in Football for the last few years, yet you went 2-10. The sooner your fan base admits something is wrong, the sooner you can get back to those 5 win seasons.

If IU goes 2-10, 3-9, or 4-8 next year, I would agree (at that time) something is wrong, and Allen's seat will be pretty toasty. Time will tell.
Tbh, and this isn't me attacking iu because they are iu, I think Allen is an average at best coach that is going to go as far as his assistant coaches carry him and, like PJ Fleck, his beat advantage for recruiting is a gimmick saying that is great until it starts to wear thin.
Alan is less annoying than PJ though, so he will probably last longer.

The jersey was all over every IU fan site the DAY it happened-old joke . There was even an imitation jersey for sale. That's one reason you still don't get the joke. Baller23 really got to you. I see you're (or is it your) pretty emotional but most liberals are.
