Ya, no kidding. I'm not sure #3 was even off sides. And, calling that penalty on the sideline after a turnover on downs in that situation was about as bad as DJ Knox getting flagged in the endzone against Eastern Michigan.

The officials totally gifted Iowa a late field goal attempt to tie. I hate to see a B1G team go down, but that double penalty was a royal screw job.
