We got lucky. That last call was not correct. If the Nebraska guys want to whine, they certainly have reason. We've been on the other side of that and understand. That said, Nebraska played a heck of a game.
OMG Fletcher Loyer is a stone cold d!ck KILLER!!!! Dude is outstanding. Who is this guy???? And Smith sealing the game at the end at the foul line. And the defense too just outstanding.
The other night during the IU-Nebraska game he said it was a veteran move by an official to "wait and see if he misses to call a foul." So we now know, refs actually do that and don't care.
Something like that.....I didn't notice he was calling the game until midway through first half. Scirotto was one of the others....have to check on the third guy.
Plenty of bad calls against Purdue all game to off-balance that one...
This is the first game this season that I don’t think Edey was MVP, but then I look and he had 17 rebounds and 7 blocks to go with his 11 points.

All team's in the country should take note of the defense Neb played tonight. Completely take Edey away and force everyone else to beat them. Almost worked. Great game to learn from and fortunately get a win in the process!! Hope CMP creates new offense to counter this defense. Will definitely need some new tricks on offense now that teams will have this tape.
It almost worked because Purdue tightened up from 3. Hit a few more shots down the stretch and it is a different game.
