So ugly a game....it crashed the site.
Boilers survive.
Refs and Johnny Hill keeping Minnesota in this.
He was doing stupid turnovers at the time. Also I've been through the game at the Barn where Robbie Hummel tore his knee, I was so sick after that game. I don't remember the Kansas game, maybe I've just blanked from my memory.Umm... i know you may be young but you may want to think before you post sometimes. J.Hill's FTs and handles were a big reason we WON this.
You also have not been following the team long enough to know true heartbreak ; ) pace yourself grasshopper, heh.
I think he took too much ADD drug before the game.Okay. Fess up.
Who gave AJ the Valium?
The announcers talk about mature team, and then we turn over 5 times and they get 3's.I like how Purdue played in the final minute. Also, AJ grabbed a couple huge boards down the stretch.
One frustrating thing, though, is that it seems when our opponents really want to step on the gas they can usually get to the rim with relative ease. Whe we try to do that we seem to miss a lot of forced shots.
I'm glad Purdue won - on the road and while missing a key starter. But the turnover situation is becoming a bad groundhog day. AJ, Isaac, Mathias, and Vince all helped keep Minny in it at various points.
I'd like to see AJ get the ball within 10' of the basket and facing the basket. His back to the basket moves are not strong.
