Wheels! Brought it back to 10 but overmatched in the first half. Better than last year at least.

Yes....I think Ethan Morton got caught not rotating or recognizing on the last two. On the second one, he did not close out too well or hard enough - I expect he'll "hear" about it from CMP.
What I don't understand is what the heck happened to Hunter? Just completely disappeared the past 2 games...
What position is Morton playing? I thought he was a PG. He certainly can’t shoot yet. Is he simply resting someone? Given that we have no real PG, why not let him play?
He mention he needed to play more. His ball handling allowed the guards to work off the ball more. He made a nice post feed to Zach from the top early as well. Tried to jam cockburn to the basketball got called on it.
I think he has not gotten used to the speed of the game yet. He is a little lost right now. He will get there, but definitely is going through growing pains.
Half court D not bad, transition D not so much.

I think he's generally playing the 2/3 or the 4 if Purdue has four G's out there. It appears he's still catching up to the game...hasn't slowed down enough yet for him.

He seems to spend alot of time in the corners and along the baseline. But he is still finding his way. He'll get better.
As someone said before the game, we have trouble with physical guards. Definitely true.

Yes. As I've said a million times, just call the game consistently. You can call it crappy or whatever, but just be consistent so the flow of the game doesn't get jacked up.

No he had one before that. He is still too far out although he dropped a jump hook about 3 feet farther out. He needs to stay physical. Happy with Zach so far
this...and take the ball to the hoop. he's the best (only?) driver / slasher on this team.
And that's why Ivey needs to be in this 2nd half. Get him these tough minutes. Let him be physical and just play.
23 points in the half means we are getting stuffed defensively. Regardless of Illinois’ score, we are getting defended better than our young offense can handle.
