People wondered when Purdue would be affected by the Transfer Portal. Well, we now have our answer.

Yea Butler and Notre Dame were just so stupidly good when Indiana played them. I think IU only lost once throughout. As far as the ACC challenge. I just didn't care for it. Indiana can set a series with Duke or UNC if they want and it was just an ESPN blabbering time. Crap like the Crossroads kept Indiana out of the classic with UNC, Kentucky and UCLA. Ohio State replaced us because of it. Instead we played mediocre Butler and Notre Dame teams and it was always a lose/lose for Indiana.
Oh yeah, we forgot what a big time program you are..... what a joke. So big you have to come to a PU site, inside of PU topic threads to talk about IU. If you're so big time, then why the shit schedule? If you're truly one of the big boys of college hoops you can get a tough schedule. There is no excuse. Mid major schedule for a mid major team. Crown level team.

Well Indiana did dominate that. And if Indiana lost it was an embarrassment and if they won it was "well they are Indiana, they should win." There weren't any real wins and neither Butler nor Notre Dame were having great seasons when we played them. Indiana was 8-3(3-2 vs Butler and 5-1 vs ND). It wasn't a plus for Indiana at all. And if it had happened the last two seasons, it would just be a crappy game taking up a spot on Purdue and Indianas schedule. Purdue was able to schedule an Arizona and Texas A&M the last two seasons thanks to ending that event. ACC-B1G had just gotten boring. Last year's Indiana had played UNC x2, Cuse x2, FSU x2, Duke x3 and Pitt. Year before that it was UNC. So I was happy it ended. The B1G/BE thing was just dumb and a complete waste of time. The amount of great matchups was basically zero.

How does any of that answer your shit OOC schedule?? You had the chance to schedule "up" like the other big boys and instead you scheduled cupcakes. At least with those previous tournaments/challenges you were forced to play name teams. Once you were "freed" from those obligations, you went soft.

I didn't have the chance to schedule anything. Not my job. And personally, I really couldn't careless who they play in the OOC with 20 conference games.

Just another IU turd...huge surprise. You say you don't care, but it's exactly why you were sitting at home when the real teams were still playing. Just go away.
Indiana was sitting at home because they they couldn't beat teams like Louisville, Gonzaga, Northwestern or Nebraska. They win 2 of those, they were in.

As it should. Hope everything came out okay.
Yup. We are getting there. Thankfully nothing aggressive. But man... Radiation treatment is a battle of its own and a recent procedure to remove a small mass(thankfully it was benign). Takes a lot out of you, even when it isn't a severe case. Couldn't imagine if it was.
