Which means in typical CMP fashion he will get buried on the bench in the second half because playing inconsistent underperforming seniors is superior to riding your hot hand.

It's taken too long but finally warm the bus for this 7-13 team. Should have dominated from the tip.
Inexcusable CMP overlooked Newman. He is the difference maker. Offense runs at a higher gear with him in line up
So happy for Newman, but this is not a good look for CMP, sticking to a steady rotation of Sasha and IT dreck.
Because when he came in, he played poorly!

Best stretch of basketball since we were ranked #1. Newman was the spark. Players seem happy he is back in. Energy immediately picked up.

Well - after that rough start, good for Purdue to have the lead. Going to be a battle - need a strong second half from the Boilers for them to take this.
At least CMP said it was bad coaching by not playing Newman
