Bishop Dwenger only uses the same color scheme, can't really sue over using navy and gold as the team colors. Don't know about Cathedral.

I should note my post is somewhat tongue in cheek. I was railing to another Boilermaker my absolute distaste for the common school names (Bulldogs, Tigers, Spartans, Hawks, Lions, Eagles, etc.) and glad we were unique. He then found the page that showed what I think are three HS Boilermaker mascots, oddly enough, all in Illinois? Actually I think it's kinda cool, as noted, free advertisement. I read somewhere that there's over 30 ND/Irish HS across the country, and always thought that was "free recruiting" as it were.
