OT: "Spartans Will" commercial

Why do they show that MSU commercial during every BT game? Why not only during MSU game broadcasts? Don't other schools have similar commercials that they can show? I think I saw a Purdue plug maybe once during the IU game and NEVER when other teams are playing.
