They just talked about him being everywhere and being so smart and then commented that he was at Purdue and they have smart coachesHe's having a great game!!!!
It would be interesting to learn how the black player for Colorado State got the nickname “cracker Johnson”. Things that make you go hmmnnHe's having a great game!!!!

Enjoyed watching him play today. Per the announcers, he had his best scoring day of his college career with 11.He's having a great game!!!!
Colorado State has a stud in Nique Clifford, who had 24 today. Salt was their only other player in double figures. Great to see him back in the tournament. They'll be a 12 or 13. Chance to be our opponent in Seattle.Enjoyed watching him play today. Per the announcers, he had his best scoring day of his college career with 11.
committee has been known to do that kind of stuffColorado State has a stud in Nique Clifford, who had 24 today. Salt was their only other player in double figures. Great to see him back in the tournament. They'll be a 12 or 13. Chance to be our opponent in Seattle.
Yeah that seems like the common thinking. The MWC is doing the same thing they did last year. It's almost as if they're planning all the games in advance to maximize their bids.Congrats to Ethan Morton for making it back to the NCAA Tournament!
The MWC was rough for bubble teams like Xavier, Texas, UNC, and Indiana. That league will get at least 3 teams now with Colorado State in. (New Mexico and Utah State are safely in). San Diego State and Boise State were both first four teams in this morning's bracketmatrix.
The MWC probably won't get 5 teams in, but they will probably get 4.
Most people on this board wished he was gone and did not play last year. He took the most abuse.Thats great to hear. I'm glad he found a spot and I would be lying if I didn't wish he was still here.

The MWC probably won't get all 5 in, but they could definitely get 4.
There's probably at least a 50/50 chance the MWC gets more teams in than the ACC. San Diego State and Boise State could push out hallowed blue bloods UNC and Indiana.Yeah that seems like the common thinking. The MWC is doing the same thing they did last year. Every single bracket on the Matrix has them in.Utah st not in
Could be. Bracketmatrix thinks they're pretty safe, last #9 seed this morning--above all the last 4 byes.Utah st not in
Y tho?Thats great to hear. I'm glad he found a spot and I would be lying if I didn't wish he was still here.
Our fanbase tends to find one player to hammer on every year whether it was warranted (it usually isn't) or not. Right now it seems to be Fletch mostly with some Furst sprinkled in (so this year is the rare two-fer)....Most people on this board wished he was gone and did not play last year. I think they’ll be a 10 or 11…hopefully 😂Drake would be a tough #12 for some #5...
And it’s incredible to me that it’s Fletcher. Fletcher has been pretty consistent and gotten better every year. Upped his ppg and shooting %.Our fanbase tends to find one player to hammer on every year whether it was warranted (it usually isn't) or not. Yeah I don't get it either. If he were on another team, I have little doubt those wanting him gone would be yelling that Painter let him get away and should have recruited him.And it’s incredible to me that it’s Fletcher. I think he is a great 3b/4th option, if that makes sense. We need someone who was like Lance who can hit the 3, but also get to the bucket whenever he wanted, or as the shot clock winds down. We don’t have that this year.
Agree with what you are saying. But the two guys we lost were freshmen too, so how much would they have actually helped? Biggest mistake this year was trying to backfill 4 seniors with 6 true freshmen. I hope the staff doesn't make that mistake again, and instead choose to tap into the portal. The problem is we lost DJ and catchings at times we couldn't recover which resulted in a gap in depth that is being asked to be filled by freshmen since Colvin/Cam (although Cam has come on late) who are going to be wildly inconsistent but still show some promise.
