As a Colts fan I think Ballard probably is done after this year. What happened with Luck was unfortunate, but he's had 4 years to get it right and is going backwards. Sinking all that money into LG, C, RT, LB and kicking the can on QB ultimately did him in.
Although the game was tied - reminded me of the Miracle @ the Meadowlands for end-of-game buffoonery.

At this point, they need to rip the bandaid off and rebuild. Insanely overpaid OL with no left tackle, no true #1 WR, no stud edge… they have too many holes to fill in one offseason.
Offload any tradable assets for 2024 draft picks, tank in 2023 to get Caleb Williams.
Might have to dodge Denver (which goes to Seattle) and the NFC South for that....guessing Houston will take care of their issue this year. We shall see.
Haha, yeah Denver is royally screwed. I work with a Broncos fan, and he’s in the “FIRE EVERYONE!” mode right now.
