Edit: After reading the article I see where it would be tricky to charge Miller. He left the gun in his car and the two involved in the shooting went and got it out of the back seat.

The texts that asked him to bring it to the location and his telling the killer where it was and it had one in the chamber ... pretty clear he knew what was going down. What other use is there for a gun in that situation?
Really wondering if the state DA might get involved and charge him. Having Tuscaloosa police saying there's nothing to charge him for is like having the fox guard the henhouse...

The amount of national folks raising questions about what Oates knew and when he knew it makes me think his “wrong place, wrong time” thing will hurt them.

A lot closer to home here, in the Summer of ‘21, a Merrillville teacher’s aide bought a gun that he then gave to his boyfriend up in Chicago that was used to kill a young female cop. The judge let him bond out and the Merrillville district didn’t fire him…WTF?!?! A great example for the kids under his charge and never heard shit from district parents either.

Alabama AG and Tuscaloosa DA both got their JDs at Alabama. Not holding my breath.

Believe it was in the police report. All things Oats and Alabama have known about since it happened.
