I will call you out. Why are you excited for next year? This is the lame excuse year after year after year for Purdue fans. Best player since Glen Robinson is gone, more than likely. Purdue never sets the trend in college basketball, they follow the trend all the while the trend setters are changing course and Purdue is following the previous trend. Perpetually behind the curve. So again, why are they going to be exciting next year? Is "exciting" just another word for peeing away leads and making games knuckle biters? Some of the "experts" on here use such general terminology while adding nothing of depth. I appreciate the posters who can break down the game as this is not my forte. Those who are rah-rah after a loss by 32 with no break down of the game are just homers and that is in no way a complimentary term.

Because we were the biggest underdog in the S16. Because when everyone of us picked our preseason ranking I don't recall any of us picking us higher than 13.
Because we have an excellent class coming in. More athletic than we've seen in a long time.

I picked us to lose tonight. Did I want this? No way. But I knew we had the best team in the country on a home court.

I've yet to see any post from you that might begin to prove any sort of intellectual superiority, however, every dog has his day. You only post when we lose, so I have you I firmly pegged in where you best seem to fit. Maybe you should consider not posting when we lose a heartbreaker like this last game.
