Making better calls. More consistent calls. That's not too much to ask. Especially if the BiG Ten is an elite league.
But I will say, they need to stat calling fouls based on whether or not the player being fouled was disadvantaged. That would improve consistency immediately. Eliminate the bogus tick tack fouls and easy "and 1s".
