Great defense from Purdue that last part of the half to bust this sucker open.....also started finding Johnson on the wing and making him work.
And credit Braden Smith for jump-starting the run with some floor general capacity.

I feel like this just solidifies our ranking we don't have our best player and we are just a deep TEAM
Also - Boilers with a blistering 4-13 from deep. It's an improvement 
24-2 to end the half - that'll do.
I think it’s going to be helpful in the long run to play this whole game without Zach. Smith really stepped up to fill the void in the first half,
When you try to outscore your opponent, they keep their spirit. We you break them down defensively, they have more a tendency to give up. I think after we held them to 21 points, NO had some steam lost.
Now it’s important that Purdue doesn’t come out of the halftime flat. I want to see the intensity continue regardless of the score.

That was the biggest freakin phantom call I've ever seen there on Smith... WTH?
Which ref made that call? You take Smith out of the game and it will be much closer.
