So much for TN defense.
NC hit there fouls 32 of them and 3s. Had no issues with the press.
61 pt first half was crazy.
H. Ingram a guy we recruited had 20/6 for NC

TN had a furious comeback until Knecht went out with 37 pts with a rolled ankle.

Meanwhile, Villanova, who beat UNC in Atlantis, loses to St. Joseph’s. It’s pretty hard to make sense of every individual result.
NC played undisciplined in that game....fouled 3 three pt shooters which led to their loss. It's safe to say NC is getting better. But NC will lose some upcoming games anytime an opponent wants to D up their shooters without fouling. NC plays a matador D & just tries to outscore you, thus I think Purdue could beat them if Edey gets Bacot in foul trouble, as I think Purdue D is improving quite a bit.

Ingram looks to finally be playing up to his recruiting hype and is having a nice year for Carolina so far.

Arkansas was also playing without Mark who is there best player in the Duke game.

Tennessee may also have been dealing with the Maui hangover or whatever it is called. Tough first game after returning.

Agree, as that first half was brutal. They got rolled in every facet. Just came out flat, after Maui.

Luckily for them NC's D is as porous as our Southern border and allowed TN to come back after getting motivated by what had to be - an animated halftime coach.

Someone pointed out that Purdue exposed Knecht with his loose ball handling and UNC clearly saw that tape. I think Tennessee ends up as a top 15-20 team.

as @DrEss pointed to Jalen Washington - he is the 4/5 we wanted/needed. Curious to see his development in Chapel Hill because until Bacot is out, he won’t get many minutes.
