This is a classic example of why Purdue loses. Purdue plays soft like a bunch of idiots. Minnesota played hard and kicked them in the teeth. I could tell immediately Minnesota was going to win that game within the first minute of play. You could see instantly Purdue didn't bring next to zero emotion out there. Swan aside we got nothing out of anyone else of any significance. Meanwhile Minnesota played angry and with rub it in the face attitude. They were jawing in the face level to Purdue's players the whole game and you could tell it was getting under their skin. They got their aszes kicked today. That bothers me because it was mostly the rest of the team short of just a few players that didn't do anything. Hass looked like a gentle giant out there ready to hug and kiss the other team like they were his little brothers out there. A very very disappointing loss for Purdue. Extremely disappointing in fact. A horrible defensive effort. If that's the best Purdue has that isn't going to get it done. Is that the best they got out there? This is another 1 and done team in the NCAA. That's if they even get there. You look at this schedule and it is daunting. At Ohio State followed up by Wisconsin? The team could be 1-3 going into Iowa. At Iowa isn't going to be an easy game especially they beat Michigan today.
Painter's strategy today was a joke. A goddam joke. This team was bigger and badder than Purdue and we come out there with a small lineup. Though I cannot blame him for that the way Haas was playing out there. Play hard or don't even show up at the goddam game. Let the scrubs play if that's the best you got. This game has all the same as Iowa at home last year. Purdue blew a lead at home to Iowa which I believe was second home game as well. Same crap again. Except this time it is Minnesota. It's the type of team Purdue is though. It's who they are a bunch of chicken littles that are full at the table. Coming in home game ranked 15th with a slew of teams in the top 15 losing this week, and they don't seize the moment. You think this team is ready to seize the moment in the NCAA of they can't win a goddam home game against Minnesota?
