ESPN said they had scheduled them pre-season but something happened. Mary had a week off so they squeezed them in here.

Question should really be asked why did we have a week off between games from B1G?

We had a lot of people on roster that needed work, so just moved the game from like November to February for a mid week tune up.

Everybody has a week off somewhere in their B1G schedule, it isn't just Maryland. Very few B1G teams schedule games during that week off that's why this Bowie game stood out.

Yea I do not like that at all for B1G. Rather just space out games at somewhat regular intervals rather than giving bye weeks.
