Not really sure why Malone went away from the run game there after the Maryland penalty to give Purdue the first down.
Opportunity lost. Inept play calling combined with pp kicking game = zero points after a good defensive play.
Purdue is such a nobody, the only B10 game not on TV here. Woohoo and I pay for BTN how stupid am I!
Move Roos or Cermin over there and backfill. Can't have a turn style on the blind side.
Dude, that was against Nevada, 1 of the 5 worst teams in FBS probably. They beat Cal Poly 30-27.
They flipped Cermin and Neal, so at least Blough can see the defensive end screaming untouched around the corner.
Great. So Cermin triple teams the end and doesn't even look at the corner blitzing.
Team is shooting itself with multiple penalties. This program isn't in a spot to give free yards and free possessions to decent opponents.
If Maryland scores after that 3 and out and punt to give them good field position, I'll say the game is over with how horrid the tackles are playing. If Purdue can't compete with Maryland, they won't be able to win a conference game.

The worst part is that I don't think their QB is a strong passing threat downfield. Everything we need to defend is in the backfield and within 10 yards of the line of scrimmage.
