Vince has shown very little heart this year. Certainly not ready for the NBA. Seems to be very passive and not ready to play. Let him come off the bench and maybe he will get his mojo going. Certainly not helping much so far. Painter did sit him a lot in the 2nd half and we made a run. Needs to help on the boards and defense. Just a step slow at both ends. If we are going to good, he needs to start helping and playing harder.

Not ready for the NBA is an understatement. He needs to just worry about being a good college player.
Seems to be something mental going on. Lack of confidence, something off the court, etc. He's regressed.
Do you think not being named a captain while PJT and Biggie were picked could be the issue?
If that is the issue, it would seem like the right choice was made.
the only good thing coming from haas and vince playing like garbage is that they aint going anywhere after this year.
I love swanigan, and I think he's a beast in the college game, but he played vs NBA length tonight and honestly you could see how limited it made him most of the game. I dont think Swanigan is ever going to be an impactful NBA player if you look at him OBJECTIVELY and how he projects to the next level, but I think he leaves after this year no matter what he hears from the NBA.. but haas and vince arent going anywhere unless they prefer playing overseas... that's the only positive I see.

Maybe Vince is coming to the realization that he is not likely to play in the NBA for any significant amount of time and that could be affecting his current play. Thrown in the fact that he has a 2 year-old son, is probably trying to live up to people's expectations of how well he should play, and is juggling school and basketball. After considering all that, I could see how he might be stressed out or not in the best frame of mind right now.
