Lusk and Ray

Both struggling:

Lusk 4th season: 58-69 overall 30-41 conference
Trending in wrong direction 5-12 in conference this year.

Ray - 3rd year - 36-57 overall 12-39 in conference. In fairness to Ray he inherited a train wreck. But at some point you have to start winning more.

I would guess both get one more year....but going to need to show improvement next year.
