Gonzaga and South Carolina have never made it. Oregon hasn't been there for over 70+ years. It's nice seeing some fresh blood. Maybe these mc Donald's all Americans will realize they don't have to go to the same 5 schools to win a championship. Go to Purdue and you can be the npoy. Love it

same here

When I'm not rooting for Purdue, I'm rooting for the underdogs or teams that just haven't gone very far in the NCAA Tournament in a long time (or ever). This upcoming game definitely won't be that (North Carolina-Kentucky) but it's good to see that we were all correct in our Final Four picks of Gonzaga and South Carolina. (tic)

At least NC and Kentucky play each other so one of them will get knocked out ;)

I'm rooting for a Gonzaga/South Carolina (either one) vs. Oregon national title game.

I picked North Carolina to win it all in my family's bracket challenge (and on ESPN: don't think I'm even close in that one) but we're not playing for big bucks, so to heck with that.

I have the Zags winning it all, must admit the unc - ken game was pretty good to watch.

Yeah, it was a good watch, it just gets tiring (to me anyway) seeing the same mix of about 10 to 12 programs going deep into the tournament year-after-year.

Also, knowing that there have been repeated formal allegations (and sometimes penalties incurred by those two programs) reported to the NCAA (I know they don't have as much integrity as they would like people to believe, but still they do at least acknowledge these things) regarding North Carolina and Kentucky doesn't help the lack on fondness many others and I have for the blue-blood programs (but that usually goes hand-in-hand).

I'm totally w/ you on it's the same teams for the most part, due to them getting the top recruits but that's why I'll root for the Zags, Xavier, or even a Nova. In football, I didn't watch the Nat'l championship the last 2 or 3 years, it's always Bama and don't think it's good for the game.

Can't stand Oregon because all of the Nike money.

At this point, I'd prefer either Gonzaga or South Carolina to win it all. I'll feel better about their chances if they play Oregon instead of North Carolina.
