Say what you want about Chaney, but check out the link and tell me what are the odds of the Purdue administration ever, ever, ever ponying up the dollars and commitment to the program to hire an coordinator away from a competitive SEC school?
I can hear the sour grapes already around who would want Chaney and you've all seen the posts that we're better off without the WR coach, but the reality is that Pitt (Pitt!!!!) is kicking our ass right now in building a program and I don't see things getting much better anytime in the immediate future. The best that we can hope for at this point are a couple of low level bowl games in a row.
