In order to charge someone with insurrection, the government would have to prove the protestor went into the Capitol with the intent to overthrow the government. Maybe they will get there, maybe not.
The definition of insurrection and the charge of insurrection are not the same.
There has been 11 charges of seditious conspiracy against the leader of the oathkeepers and other members.......but you've never heard of them right? That charge actually carries a tougher sentence than insurrection.

The governor of Alaska was offered Trump's endorsement........but on one condition. He could not support Murkowski in 2022 because she voted for impeachment. He dutifully accepted the endorsement and the stipulation.

Where's the proof that they weren't? You're calling me a liar, but I gave you an example of violent protests that didn't make the media and were in small town USA. The violence was wide spread. Fine, maybe it wasn't literally everywhere that protests happened (my bad for being too literal, I guess) but you nor I have proof either way. If you can't at least acknowledge that then you're in denial.
