Justin Britt using a smokescreen or he serious rn

Britt might be the best OL prospect in Indiana. We need to get him. According to 247Sports offer list, Britt is the second highest ranked OG (#16) we are recruiting (Hudson committed to VT & Lampley to Tenn.)

I have no idea what our chances are with Zeke Correll but they are predicting him to O$U or ND.

It would seem we are in a good position with Kyle Jornigan from Youngstown, OH. At 6'4" 320lbs, 247 has him ranked as the #22 OG in the country. I would love to see Coach Brohm get Britt & Jornigan for our future OL.

Regardless of shade of gold, Iowa isn't a locomotive emoji. Kid is either leaning Purdue or messing with someone.

Some Iowa fan said it was reference the Hawkeye express. And apparently they refer to that ugly yellow as gold. So at this point, I am not sure, but CJB has to stop that Iowa pipeline to Indiana. I would like to see at least 5 of the top 10 Indiana kids go to purdue and I don't think that is an unrealistic expectation. The Indiana '19 class is loaded with top end talent.

LOL. Yeah, I mean I know they are an optimistic bunch, but that's quite a reach. Maybe if a recruit from the state of Iowa uses a hawk emoji he's representing the Purdue griffin.

I saw a hawk on Purdue's campus once. I was on my way back from breakfast club, and we were hoping it would swoop down and take this lady's hat. When I shared my hopes about the actions of that hawk, a fellow breakfast clubber said "I haven't done anything in this life to deserve to see that". Still an all time quote for me Maybe that is what he could be referring to with a hawk emoji.

Correct. I'm still looking for an answer to MY dumb question though... Screw it, just googled: apparently they DO call it gold and black. Lame

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner but have been working my tail off the last couple days non-stop and haven't had time to post, but I owe you an apology Granger. I misinterpreted your comment to be a swipe at me and reacted to it. I am man enough to admit I was wrong and am sorry about that.

All good. My"dumb" question was for the general audience anyway, not just you.

I'm just of the old fashioned belief that yellow does not equal gold

No wonder Iowa is OMHR. They take an obvious yellow color and try to co-opt our own wonderful gold.

Imitation is the more sincerest form of flattery, but those corn growers can go !@#$ themselves.

They are such yellow and black people. They don't deserve gold or any variation (old gold, vegas gold, gold gold..)
