Purdue recruiting Just putting this out there ...

... in the spirit of full disclosure.

I now have what I'd consider to be three really good, solid indications, independent of another, that things are looking very favorable for Purdue on the Trey Kaufman front, all of them tied to different originations within the inner circle. I've been doing this long enough to know that would not be happening on a Southern Indiana kid if there wasn't something to it, and very rarely happens for Purdue anyway no matter where they're from. Things can always change, but I think this is solid info and being corroborated by multiple sources, and consistent with what we have told you from Day 1 on this recruitment in a lot of ways.

I will add that Kaufman has cut off contact with recruiters — not sure anyone's gonna have a chance to get a last word in — and the colleges (plural) involved do not know what he's going to do. He will announce Friday.

That's what I know.

I'm not calling the election here by any means here, but I do think some things might have to change in the next six days.
