Caleb Swanigan, Carsen Edwards, Trevion Williams, Jaden Ivey, Caleb Furst, Myles Colvin, and Daniel Jacobsen.....IIRC.
Well done, Boilers.
Sounds like he beat out five star, top ten recruit and UH signee Cenac for one of the last spots. Shows that 1) rankings are based as much on NBA potential as they are on actual playing ability 2) stating that Purdue can't get elite talent is misguided. I'm sure Cenac will be great in the NBA, but I'd much rather a guy who is just as good of a player but will stick around for a few years.Never a doubt if he was healthy enough. As OB says, “Can’t teach 7’4””.
I wouldn't count on more than this year. He is going to dominate it's that simple. We all have seen this before and we will see it again. Seems like we have people who know how and when to feed him the ball. Kid is a lottery pick IMO.Sounds like he beat out five star, top ten recruit and UH signess Cenac for one of the last spots. happy for DJ esp since he missed some valuable PT, did Khamenia make the team ( like his game ) ?I wouldn't count on more than this year. He is going to dominate it's that simple. That would be awesome, because if DJ plays at that level and everything else holds to form, this team wins the NC.I wouldn't count on more than this year. He is going to dominate it's that simple. Treating this as year one for DJ, I’d be thrilled with a Clingon trajectory, splitting time this season and starring next.
Lottery pick…next year?I wouldn't count on more than this year. He is going to dominate it's that simple. We all have seen this before and we will see it again. Seems like we have people who know how and when to feed him the ball. Kid is a lottery pick IMO.
Yes, IMO Braden knows how to exploit teams with the lob and now Daniel has a solid frame to go with his abilities. He is more than just tall. TKR demands a double team which should benefit Daniel. NBA drafts on potential and the kid has a boat load. I also think making U19 is a much bigger thing than some may think. Good news we don't have to wait long to see him play.Lottery pick…next year?
