I saw that defense once and we scored 31 points on it. I was not impressed.
a couple of things about his tremendous defense. he didn't recruit any of the players on that defense. Purdue scored 31 points against it. it was good this year, but not that great the previous year. I liove the comments where it says he quickly turned the defense around. it forgot to mention he was also the DC when it was bad.
hazell had one good year as a head coach, but people forget about the year he had prior to his one great year. With the same players he went 5-7 which was nothing to write home about.
