Is IU the lowest seed ever for a B10 champion?

I ripped a co-worker last week when he was bragging about IU's B1G regular season championship. I said they'd be at least a 4 seed which was an embarrassment to them being champions. What I didn't realize at the time all of the B10 would struggle to get respectable seedings but I can't say I'm surprised at IU getting a crappy seed despite winning the B10 with a very advantageous schedule.

I think because IU struggled in the pre conference and then won the league by two games hurt everyone except MSU who had the big win over Kansas to pad their resume. Pretty clear the committee had no clue and used computer metrics some and then their gut on others. No way Kentucky should be a four based on a struggling in a weak SEC. It defies all logic.

WE need to confirm this because I'm having fun laughing at IU fans
I know right (it's hilarity at its best). We have 3 days to just frolic in the disgust and animosity being extended at the NCAA by IU's elite posse of protagonists. I have never had such a good time watching a draw in my lifetime. It was pure and simple ecstasy. Here's why: Dakich got his wish on Michigan getting in, which ticked off a lot of IU fans. IU with a hilarious 5 seed , that's right, a 5...... That's a downright pleasurable slap right between their cream and crimson. Then they get shipped off to Des Moines, OMG are you kidding?? lol, then if they advance far enough (which won't happen) then have to fly to Philly, ROTFL. They are going to have their hands full with their first round opponent and it just makes me laugh to hear the national media talk about a KY-IN matchup when all of us Boiler fans KNOW for sure it aint gunna happen, not in a million years can they get past Chattanooga,,, I mean really?? Chattanooga has won 29 games and the track record for IU over the past tons of years is HUGE upsets for their mediocre coaches. HUGE upsets. Pepperdine, Richmond Spiders, UCONN over and over, Syracuse, Cleveland State, Kent State (4 dead in O-HI-O), Boston College, and the list goes on. This does not include games where IU should have won even though the seeding was skewed.
