I would love to see Swanigan come to Purdue and hope that is his ultimate decision. That said, I am serious when I ask if a 5* in BB or a 4* in FB are really good for Purdue.
While we don't have much experience with 5* in BB, we do have some history of 4* in FB. Tell me if I'm wrong, with chemistry being such an important factor for great team play, how often have the 4* FB players really worked out? Stu is one that did. But many more didn't, did they?
If Biggie does come, we may have the opportunity to learn more about this dynamic. Hopefully it will be good. On the other hand, our team chemistry right now is probably as good as it's been for several years. If one or two guys have to sit more, what might that do to the chemistry?
