Has anyone taken the INDOT recommended detour from Indy to Purdue early in the morning? Some have said to avoid it and find an alternate route, like 421 to 26 and others have said it's not bad at 7am going North, but worse in the evening. Don't mind a different route, but don't want to avoid recommended detour if not necessary.
