to convict someone of conspiracy, you STILL need individual knowledge and intent, a meeting of the minds to join the conspiracy.

Now, once you have that individual intent, yes you can be convicted of acts of your co-conspirators even if you didn't know about them directly but you still have to have intended to join the conspiracy and have the criminal mens rea to do illegal acts as part of the conspiracy.

The only crimes that don't require individual intent are the rare strict liability crimes.

This can't be right. The 60 Minutes report said there were 55 No Go Zones in Sweden. Last year Noodle went to Sweden and told us there weren't any No Go Zones.

Obviously Noodle is right and 60 Minutes is wrong.
