ISIS-K suicide bomber who killed 13 U.S. service members outside the Kabul airport in August was a prisoner released from Bagram Air Base on Aug. 15 after the Taliban seized control of the facility.
Wouldn't the worst of the worst terrorists been moved somewhere and kept in captivity? The decision to simply flee Afghanistan and damn the consequences was truly appalling.
