How good would this team be with Jon Octeus running point this year?

Right now? No better and probably worse. Thompson has become a legit threat from 3 and a good enough defender. Octeus was not a shooter. I'll gladly switch out O's better offense for PJ's better shooting. BTFU!! Man the team looks solid right now.

PJ has played fine lately. Hill was off today but he's had some big games. It could be better but we've had much worse. I'm content.

Not too much different. PJ gives this team a legitimate shooter at the position and Octeus would be the other part of the platoon and basically do the same types of things as Hill.

Ya, but every team can say something like that. "What if we had so-and-so All American at such-and-such position." Our actual roster is pretty good.

This is is the most stoked I've been going into the NCAA Tournament since 2011. Everyone is making positive contributions.

I really like what we're getting out of everybody right now. This team has really come together at the right time!

Better yet: What if we could mix Jon Octeus with Dr. Octopus? We could have Jon Octeopus and he would absolutely dominate! Imagine the defense!

Or AJ Hammond with Jon Hamm - He would be a AJon Hammmmond - a suave shot blocker with tremendous acting ability..... Unstoppable!

What would be really awesome is if Purdue had point guard who has a 5:1 A/TO ratio and was hitting over 42% from 3.

It's time for PJ to start getting more appreciation for the great season he's having.

idk why, he's great and all but i just dont feel comfortable with him running point cause of his size; especially when they're doing full court press; thatts all. aside from that hes been really good

no doubt, he has better numbers than Yogi
