Lotta dead weight on that list for sure. Haarms got big minutes and it was just so frustrating watching him goofball around. Never gained weight.
So is this a jitters game? If we somehow pull this off, do we show fight in the second round at all? I've seen a lot of Purdue tournament blow outs. It's hard to judge High Point's season because they basically played no one. I'm wondering what this game indicates
He was on some fun teams though. I don't think he really had the frame to gain weight. He was a little goofy for my tastes too, but the IU tip after they hurled slurs at him all game gives me a good memory.
High Point likely has one more run, hopefully we weather it. if it's 5 point game in the last 2-3 mins, I won't feel very good
If Purdue doesn’t turn it over and plays decent D I don’t think that’s going on on the limb
announcers are really wanting that momentum to switch. I don't think we really have momentum tho. Getting stuffed and then fouling on the other end was just great lol
Loyer and smith have been awful for a while now. This is not a good team at all, not even close.
We will be fortunate to even hold on and win this game.
I love how these small school nobodies always jack 3s and make them with co fidence vs us but we play so ****ing scared every year. Nothing new

Purdue runs their offense like Smith can score on his own
Instead it leads to guys standing or moving with little purpose of scoring and then they get blamed when they don’t make the 2-3 shots they get a game.
The offense just benefits to rack up assists for Smith or for TKR to get post touches.
It’s an awful offensive system.
It worked for Edwards because he could score. Painter thought Smith could be that guy and completely miscalculated

I haven't seen any rumors of transfer, but I'd be tempted by big money somewhere with good scorers. I just don't see Jacobson making that big of difference next year, but I could be wrong.
