It ain't been pretty, but take any NCAA Tournament win you can get and run like the Dickens......especially for Purdue with a double-digit seed opponent.
I obviously don't want Smith to push some razzle dazzle non sense, but most of these possessions we should be trying to score at least the last 15 secs. It's hard to set up with a 7 footer
And theres the typical accidental banked 3 by an opponent that is always obligatory LMFAOOOO

They don't have anyone on their schedule of note, and had 5 losses against some fairly meh teams

The silver lining is we closed both the final 4 minutes of half and the game strong
The only way Purdue could lose this game is shooting quick or turning the ball over use the clock. You don’t even have to score. You can use the clock and turn around and hand them the ball and produce still wins but they’re going to foul so hit your free throws just don’t turn it over. It’s the absolute worst thing. Turn it over and shooting quick.

High Point played a good game. A Purdue-Clemson game would be really interesting but it might be McNeese State.

Heides first double digit game since December 8th against Maryland. Purdue definitely needed it with Smith being 6-19 from the field and Loyer being 1-4.
I think most on here feel the same. If a S16 is a bad year. Man, we are spoiled.
Did they win 14 in a row maybe they are better now than what they were when they were losing. I don’t know that to be true but maybe.
