Found a radio interview Hazell did with a station in Omaha post-spring, probably last week.
They asked him about QB and he said they "don't have a clear leader right now." So go crazy with that, folks. He said the most important element is someone who can take care of the football and also put the ball in the end zone. He also mentioned something about a guy who the team rallies behind.
In terms of RBs, he said Knox "clearly set himself apart."
When asked about the small 2016 recruiting class, he said it's "very hard" to have a class so small -- mentioned 11 scholarships but then something about could go to 13 or 14? Didn't hear that part very well -- and that they have to be "very deliberate in all things you're doing." And you "can't put a lot of offers out there."
Apparently, he's having a party at his house Saturday to watch the big boxing match.
