Talk about a sweetheart deal - 6 years, 12.75 million guaranteed! So now he has a 2 year vacation while getting paid almost 5 million dollars! Morgan Burke has to go down as the worst negotiator in football history! Thank goodness they are both gone!

Most guys hired around the same time got paid the same $$$ for the same garunteed contract term.

The market is the market. Every year, more and more teams are out there looking, since loosing hurts the bottom line so much.

I'm sure he had an agent, but you can be certain Hazell had a great deal of input! Regarding coaching, the agent could probably have done better at least no worse!
